Location: I was at Powellvilla Ace Hardware and when I came out this dog was by my car, he came right up to me. No collar or tags, really docile and friendly. Was wet and appeared hungry. He has a scab on his head between and above his eyes and a wound on his left side near his rear hip, this area is tender.
