Comments: Chihuahua terrier mix dog was inside my car when it was stolen today from loves travel plaza Hampshire Illinois. The police tracked my car to Elgin Illinois, and car found today 5/27 in Rockford. My dog could be in that area..he is a brown Chihuahua mix with a lot of white around face due to age..he has a lump on his chest and a scar on his right front leg...I will attach photo..he is very old and partly blind and deaf
