Comments: Billy is super friendly. He loves being outside. He went outside the night of October 30th, and did not return in the morning like he always does. He's a smart cat and has been know to jump up in tress to avoid danger from animals. He does know his name and if he does come to Billy try calling him wire tail. It's a odd nick name but I'm the only one that calls him that.
