Comments: Axel is STILL missing as of October 22nd, 2026. Axel was being transported from New York by his foster mom when he got spooked and ran off. We haven?t had verified sightings since early November of 2025, but we are not giving up. We continue to search with cameras, scent stations, and flyers. If you spot him, PLEASE do not call or chase him ? this could scare him farther away. Just message me ASAP with the exact location, time, and any details. We are continuing to search and follow every lead ? we are not giving up. Axel may be hiding silently in a shed, garage, crawl space, or under a deck. Lost cats often stay hidden very close to where they disappeared. Please check your property carefully, especially enclosed areas where a cat could get trapped. If you have doorbell cameras, security cameras, or trail cams, please review footage. Last known reported sighting: Lakeside Manor Apartments, located at 1 Fellows Rd, Oakdale, CT 06370
